Job summary

Sonora Quest Laboratories in Flagstaff, AZ is seeking a phlebotomist for the day shift to support hospital facilities, patient service centers, in-office phlebotomy, or mobile diagnostic services. You will collect specimens, ensure proper labeling, and enter data into the laboratory information system.

The role may require travel to multiple locations and occasional on-call duties weekends or holidays. A phlebotomy program completion or practical experience, and a valid state driver’s license

Qualifications

• Completion of a phlebotomy program or phlebotomy experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent may be required depending on state rules.
• Valid state driver’s license may be required and fingerprinting may be needed.
• Ability to travel and cover multiple locations, with variable hours including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Collect and receive biological specimens into the department and log into the system.
• Prepare samples for analytical testing and distribute to appropriate analytical areas.
• Perform specified analytical testing as assigned and follow Code of Conduct.
• Fulfill duties across Hospital Facility, PSC, IOP or Mobile Diagnostic Services locations.
