Gulf Coast Blood seeks a Mobile Phlebotomist to serve donors at mobile sites and fixed locations, performing venipuncture, pre-donation screening, and post-venipuncture care while upholding our standards of customer service and donor satisfaction.

We value reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to safety as you handle records, operate equipment, and participate in ongoing training to ensure a smooth donor experience across diverse settings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with six months phlebotomy experience.
• Associate degree is a plus.
• Phlebotomy certificate strongly preferred.
• EMT certification or related licenses a plus.
• Must have Texas driver's license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist with loading/unloading, setup, and teardown of equipment at mobile donor sites.
• Perform pre-donation screening, venipuncture, and post-venipuncture care.
• Accurately complete donor records in a timely manner.
• Provide excellent customer service and donor-focused care.
• Identify non-routine issues and report to supervisor.
• Attend continuing education and maintain phlebotomy proficiency.
• Assist other staff and handle additional duties as assigned.
