Ideal candidates have strong customer service, reliability, and the ability to work varied shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends. Bonuses are offered at 6 months, 1 year, and 3 years, with extra pay if fluent in Spanish.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Professional, dependable, and punctual with strong attention to detail.
• Able to work as part of a team and maintain a safe, welcoming donor experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform donor registration, vital signs, donor screening, phlebotomy, and related recordkeeping.
• Support autologous, directed, therapeutic, testing, and research collection services as assigned.
• Follow SOPs and regulatory standards (FDA) for blood collection.
• Assist with daily paperwork, documentation, and supervisor communications.
• Communicate equipment issues, donor questions, and donor reactions to the supervisor.
• Educate donors on donation frequency and the importance of blood supply.
• Maintain a professional, safe, and welcoming environment for all donors.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
