Responsibilities

• Drive to client facilities (primarily nursing homes) per dispatcher instructions.
• Collect specimens at patient bedside, ensuring proper identification and labeling.
• Process and deliver specimens to the appropriate destinations.
• Maintain supplies and equipment, notify dispatcher of status and location.
• Follow universal precautions and safety procedures at all times.
• Keep accurate time records of hours worked and trips taken.
