Job summary

Trident Care seeks a Mobile Phlebotomist to perform pre-analytical lab services at client facilities, typically nursing homes. You will complete routes safely, identify patients, collect specimens, and ensure proper labeling and timely delivery.

The role requires state phlebotomy licensure (if required), a valid driver’s license, and excellent communication. Mileage reimbursement is provided. Shifts are Fri–Sun 5am–1:30pm in Worcester, MA area.

Qualifications

• Current, valid State phlebotomy license (if required).
• Valid State Driver’s license; proof of car insurance.
• Own vehicle in good condition for daily mobility.
• Proficient in venipuncture and skin puncture techniques.

Responsibilities

• Drive to client facilities (mostly nursing homes) as directed.
• Identify patients accurately before collecting specimens.
• Collect, label, process and deliver specimens to tests order.
• Reload equipment and transport specimens to the lab promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to universal precautions.
• Communicate status and location with dispatcher.
