Job summary

Qualifications

• Certificate or diploma in phlebotomy from an accredited program is required with one year experience.
• Preferred experience with Orchard software, LIS, and EPIC.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Performs venipuncture and collects specimens at multiple sites; travels between locations (mobile phlebotomy).
• Prepares and processes specimens, including packaging and transport to laboratories.
• Troubleshoots specimen issues and ensures compliance with chain-of-custody and HIPAA.
