Job summary

Bloom Healthcare is seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to support mobile lab collection across our patient population in Highlands Ranch, CO. You will work independently, manage a daily route, and deliver high-quality patient care in the field.

The role requires phlebotomy certification or relevant experience, strong venipuncture skills, and dependable computer skills. A valid driver's license and ability to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy certification (CPT, RPT, or equivalent) or relevant experience.
• 1+ year phlebotomy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws in patient homes and residential settings.
• Ensure accurate patient identification, labeling, and specimen handling.
• Prepare, store, and transport specimens according to protocol.
• Manage daily schedule and travel between patient locations.
• Communicate with clinical teams regarding lab orders and completion.
• Maintain supply inventory and readiness for daily routes.
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
