Bloom Healthcare is seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to support mobile lab collection across our patient population in Highlands Ranch, CO. This role suits someone who thrives working independently, manages their daily route, and delivers high-quality patient care in the field.

The position requires phlebotomy certification or relevant experience, strong venipuncture skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy certification (CPT, RPT, or equivalent) or relevant experience.
• 1+ year of phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Strong venipuncture skills (including difficult draws).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solution driven, creative and resourceful problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage time well and perform assigned duties with attention detail, accuracy and follow-through.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws in patient homes, assisted living communities, and other residential settings
• Ensure accurate patient identification, labeling, and specimen handling
• Prepare, store, and transport specimens according to protocol
• Manage daily schedule and travel between patient locations
• Communicate effectively with clinical teams regarding lab orders and completion
• Maintain supply inventory and ensure readiness for daily routes
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols
