Qualifications

• Phlebotomy certification preferred; minimum one year of phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Strong venipuncture skills, especially with elderly patients.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and age 21+.

Responsibilities

• Travel to patient homes, nursing and assisted living facilities, and other healthcare locations across Greeley, CO.
• Collect blood specimens using expert venipuncture and capillary collection techniques.
• Verify patient identification and ensure accurate specimen labeling, integrity, and transport.
• Provide professional, compassionate service to elderly patients and healthcare partners.
• Complete required documentation and communicate clearly with laboratory and facility personnel.
