Job summary

Sprinter Health in Orlando is seeking a dedicated Phlebotomist to bring healthcare directly to patients in their homes. You will perform blood draws, vitals, and related services on your scheduled routes, using Sprinter technology to document visits.

This role requires reliable transportation, a current BLS certification, and the ability to work independently while delivering a warm, professional patient experience.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy skills and experience in home healthcare.
• BLS certification required; state-specific licensure may apply.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Able to drive early morning and travel within service area.
• Comfort with working independently in patients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Travel to patients’ homes to perform blood draws and vital checks.
• Collect samples and document visits accurately using Sprinter tech.
• Ensure proper labeling, handling, and transport of specimens.
• Prepare supplies and PPE before daily routes.
• Provide a warm, professional experience in every visit.
• Manage time and schedules while moving between patients.
• Maintain patient safety and privacy at all times.
• Adapt to varying home environments and conditions.
