Job summary

Sprinter Health is seeking a Phlebotomist to bring healthcare directly to patients in their homes. You will travel across your service area performing blood draws, vitals, height/weight, urine collection, and support with Annual Wellness Visits while using Sprinter technology to document visits.

You will work independently, manage time and supplies, and create a warm, professional patient experience. Requires strong phlebotomy skills, BLS, valid driver’s license, and comfort with Apple devices.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy experience, including challenging sticks.
• Home-health clinical background preferred (MA/LPN/LVN).
• Current BLS certification and valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to patients’ homes and perform scheduled services.
• Draw blood, record vitals, height and weight, collect urine.
• Document visits accurately using Sprinter technology.
• Maintain supplies and PPE for each visit.
• Create a warm, professional experience in patients’ homes.
• Manage time and schedule between visits.
