Job summary

Sprinter Health seeks a dedicated Sprinter to bring healthcare directly to patients’ homes. You will drive to patient sites, perform blood draws, vitals, and wellness support, while delivering a warm and professional home visit experience.

You’ll use your phlebotomy skills, manage supplies, and document each visit using Sprinter's technology. A background in home-based care and current BLS certification are required.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy experience with challenging sticks.
• Experience delivering care in patients' homes.
• Current BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to patients' homes within assigned service area.
• Perform scheduled services including blood draws, vitals, height/weight, urine collection, and support with wellness visits.
• Use phlebotomy skills to ensure comfortable blood draws for each patient.
• Document visits accurately using Sprinter technology.
• Label, transport, and handle specimens properly for lab drop-off or shipment.
