Job summary

Sprinter Health is hiring a Phlebotomist to bring healthcare directly to patients in their homes. You will perform blood draws, vitals, and Wellness Visit support, travelling across your service area with flexible daily hours. A professional, compassionate approach will help create a welcoming patient experience in diverse home environments.

Expect to document visits using Sprinter technology and to manage time and supplies autonomously while maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy skills including experience with challenging sticks.
• Patient-facing healthcare experience in home settings preferred (MA/LPN/LVN).
• Current BLS certification.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle.
• Availability Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
• Ability to drive before 7:00 a.m. to arrive on time.
• Proficiency using Apple iPhone/iPad and related apps.
• Ability to meet state-specific certification or licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Travel to patients’ homes within assigned service area.
• Provide scheduled services including blood draws, vitals, height/weight, urine collection, and support with Wellness Visits.
• Use phlebotomy skills to minimize discomfort during blood draws.
• Create a warm, professional experience in every patient home.
• Document visits accurately using Sprinter technology.
• Label, handle, and transport specimens for lab drop-off or shipment.
• Manage time, supplies, and schedule independently.
