Job summary

Sprinter Health is hiring a Sprinter to bring healthcare directly to patients in their homes. You will travel to patient homes, perform blood draws, vitals, and other preventative services with a focus on comfort and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have phlebotomy experience, a current BLS certification, and reliable transportation. Schedule is Monday–Friday, with early starts and home-based visits across designated areas.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy skills with experience in challenging sticks.
• Current BLS certification and valid driver's license with reliable vehicle.
• Availability Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. and ability to start before 7:00 a.m.

Responsibilities

• Travel to patients' homes across assigned service area.
• Perform blood draws, vitals, height/weight, urine collection.
• Support Annual Wellness Visits and other diagnostics.
• Document each visit using Sprinter technology.
• Label, handle, and transport specimens for lab shipment.
• Manage time, supplies, and schedule on the road.
