Qualificações

• Phlebotomy certification preferred; minimum one year of phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Strong venipuncture skills, especially with elderly patients.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and minimum age 21.
• Clean criminal history; some states require background checks including fingerprinting.
• Home Draws: minimum of 3 years phlebotomy work experience required; additional credentialing may be required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Self-direction to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
• Must possess a passion for SAFETY and CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Responsabilidades

• Travel to patient homes across Farmington Hills, MI.
• Collect blood specimens using venipuncture and capillary techniques.
• Verify patient identification and ensure accurate specimen labeling, integrity, and transport.
• Provide professional, compassionate service to elderly patients and healthcare partners.
• Complete required documentation and communicate with AHA’s Care At Home team when unable to complete assignments.
