Job summary

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy certification preferred; minimum one year of phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Ability to collect venous blood samples with accuracy and care.
• Strong communication and patient service skills.
• Must meet background check requirements for patient-contact roles.

Responsibilities

• Travel to patient homes and healthcare locations within Memphis, TN.
• Collect blood specimens using venipuncture and capillary techniques.
• Verify patient identity, label specimens correctly and ensure specimen integrity.
• Provide compassionate patient care to elderly and other patients.
• Document accurately and communicate with the laboratory team.
