Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent; completion of an approved phlebotomy course with clinical experience; 2+ years in phlebotomy preferred. Basic clerical/computer skills and strong communication. Phlebotomy and CNA certifications are a plus; Real ID on the license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and check supplies for donor collections.
• Collect blood via venipuncture and perform mini-physical checks.
• Care for donors with post-donation refreshments and monitor for reactions.
• Promote positivity and build relationships with donors, recruiters, and colleagues.
