Responsibilities

• Prepare for Success - Set up donor blood bags, equipment, and supplies for smooth blood drives.
• Collect Life-Saving Donations - Perform donor screenings, mini-physical assessments, and venipuncture with care.
• Support Donors - Provide excellent care before, during, and after donation, including refreshments and assistance when needed.
• Create a Positive Experience - Build strong relationships with donors, community partners, recruiters, and team members.
