Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required

• Ability to work independently with a flexible schedule

Responsibilities

• Travel to patient homes and healthcare facilities across Springfield, IL
• Collect blood specimens using venipuncture and capillary techniques
• Verify patient identity and ensure proper labeling, transport, and integrity of samples
• Provide compassionate, professional service to patients and healthcare partners
• Complete required documentation and coordinate with laboratory personnel
