ImpactLife is seeking a Collection Specialist Driver to join the Donor Services Phlebotomy team in Ottumwa, IA. You will register donors, perform screenings, physicals, and phlebotomy, providing donor care throughout the donation process, while driving the center's large vehicles and supporting setup and teardown.

This full-time role requires working days, evenings, and weekends with paid training and a comprehensive benefits package. Training is provided and opportunities for advancement exist.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is required.
• Comfortable working with the public.
• Stable work history demonstrated.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Ability to work a varied schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Willing to train away from home for up to two weeks.
• Comfort operating large vehicles such as box trucks.
• License valid in your state and insurable.
• DOT Medical Certification or ability to obtain one.
• Pre-employment background check, drug screen, and MVR required.

Responsibilities

• Drive large blood center vehicles to transport supplies and team members.
• Set up and tear down collection operation.
• Restock supplies.
• Register donors, perform screenings, physicals, phlebotomy, and donor care during donation.
