ImpactLife in Davenport, IA is seeking a Collection Specialist to join the Donor Services Phlebotomy team. This full-time role conducts donor registrations, screenings, physicals, phlebotomy, and donor care throughout the donation process.

The position offers 30–39 hours per week with varied shifts including days, evenings, and weekends. You may train away from home for up to two weeks at a time.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Ability to interact positively with the public and donors.
• Stable work history and reliability.
• Understanding and following standard operating procedures.
• Willingness to work a varied schedule incl. days/evenings/weekends.
• May train away from home for up to two weeks.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable.
• Pre-employment background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle record required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in donor registrations, screenings, and phlebotomy under supervision.
• Provide donor care and support during the donation process.
• Adhere to SOPs and maintain donor safety and privacy.
