Job summary

ImpactLife is seeking a Collection Specialist to support its Donor Services Phlebotomy team. You will conduct donor registrations, screenings, physicals and phlebotomy while providing donor care during the donation process.

This is a full-time role with 30+ hours per week, including varied days, evenings, and weekends. We offer industry-leading pay with shift premiums and weekend pay, paid training, advancement opportunities, and a strong benefits package including health, 401(k) with employer

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Ability to interact with the public.
• Have a good, stable work history.
• Understand the importance of following standard operating procedures.
• Be able to work a varied schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
• May train away from home for up to two weeks at a time.
• Possess a valid driver's license in the state of residence and be insurable by our insurance carrier.
• Pre-employment background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle report are required.
