Job summary

ImpactLife is seeking a Collection Specialist to support the Donor Services Phlebotomy team. You will conduct donor registrations, screenings, physicals, and phlebotomy, while providing donor care throughout the donation process.

This is a Full Time/30+ hours per week with varied hours including days, evenings, and weekends. Training is provided and opportunities for advancement exist within a supportive, community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Able to work days, evenings, and weekends.
• Willing to train away from home up to two weeks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct donor registrations, screenings, physicals, and phlebotomy.
• Provide donor care during the donation process.
• Follow standard operating procedures.
