OneBlood is seeking a phlebotomist to perform phlebotomy and blood collection procedures for donors in compliance with FDA regulations and AABB standards. The role requires careful handling of specimens, attention to safety, and a customer-focused approach in a mobile unit environment.

You will obtain donor medical history and vitals, ensure accurate documentation, and support donor recruitment efforts while maintaining professionalism with diverse teams and donors.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• No certificates/licenses required.
• Must be able to read/write/communicate in English.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office are expected.

Responsabilités

• Obtains medical history and vitals from donors and/or patients.
• Performs phlebotomy and collection procedures to collect blood or blood components.
• Displays excellent customer service and professionalism towards all customers.
• Assists with the recruitment of potential apheresis, and bone marrow donors.
