Job summary

Mississippi Valley Regional Blood Center, Inc. in Ottumwa, IA, is seeking a Phlebotomist Driver for Mobile Collections to join our Donor Services team.

This full-time role handles donor registrations, screenings, phlebotomy, and donor care during the donation process, while also transporting supplies and coordinating setup and teardown of collections. The position requires flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends, with training provided and opportunities to contribute to lifesaving work

Responsibilities

• Register donors and conduct screenings and basic physicals as part of the donation process.
• Perform phlebotomy and provide donor care during donation.
• Drive large blood center vehicles to transport donors, supplies and team members.
• Set up and tear down collection operations at drive sites and restock supplies.
• Maintain vehicle readiness and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
