AllCare.ai is hiring licensed phlebotomists to serve as Multi-Service Care Specialists across Assisted Living Facilities in Northern California. The role combines four services in one visit, with full-time W-2 status and flexible scheduling.

You will work with a dedicated pharmacist and dispatcher on every route, earning hourly pay plus performance bonuses and mileage reimbursement. Requirements include a valid California Phlebotomy Technician license (CPT I or CPT II), a California driver

Qualifications

• California CPT license required.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Comfortable working independently in clinical environments.
• Attention to detail and adherence to procedures.

Responsabilités

• Deliver cycle medications to ALF facilities and obtain confirmation of receipt.
• Perform blood draws for scheduled residents.
• Perform diagnostic tests at facilities (TM Flow & VAT) with training provided.
• Verify and reconcile medication lists with nursing staff.
• Document and photograph each delivery per compliance standards.
• Represent AllCare professionally in a clinical setting.
