Job summary

LIRON Inc. is hiring a part-time Mobile Phlebotomist to provide in-home or on-site blood collection across counties in California. You will travel in your own vehicle to perform draws, monitor vitals, and maintain patient confidentiality while delivering compassionate care.

Ideal candidates have a CPT1 certification in California, 1+ year phlebotomy experience, and strong communication skills. Bilingual Spanish or Hmong abilities are highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Must have CPT1 certification in California.
• Proficiency in drawing blood with minimal complications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient confidentiality.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Bilingual skills in Spanish or Hmong desirable.
• Reliable transportation with valid auto insurance.
• 1+ year of professional phlebotomy experience in a laboratory or hospital setting.
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel between counties to perform blood draws and related procedures.
• Draw blood and monitor vital signs with patient comfort in mind.
• Maintain accurate records and complete around 20–30 exams per week.
• Prepare supplies, review schedules, and ensure timely patient care.
