Job summary

Getlabs, the at-home diagnostics leader, seeks a Mobile Phlebotomist for fast-moving, patient-focused service. You will collect samples at patients' homes or offices, ensure safety and accuracy, and coordinate with operations to deliver excellent patient experiences.

Requirements include a phlebotomy certification and at least 1 year of phlebotomy experience; Spanish is a bonus. The role offers a hourly wage and a supportive team in a dynamic startup environment.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency.
• 1 year of phlebotomy experience (mobile preferred).
• Certification from AMT/ASCP/NCCT is desirable.
• Proven exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Visit patients in their home or office for blood collection.
• Drive to and from appointments and drop samples at centers/labs.
• Follow safe, accurate blood collection procedures.
• Maintain close communication with operations and patient experience teams.
• Adapt to a fast-growing environment and high workload.
