Getlabs in Los Angeles is seeking a Mobile Phlebotomist to join a high-growth startup focused on delivering diagnostics at patients’ homes and offices. The role requires visiting patients, collecting samples, and ensuring top patient experience with healthcare partners.

The position offers a full-time schedule with early shifts and a strong emphasis on safety, customer service, and independent work in a rapidly expanding environment.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency.
• 1 year of phlebotomy experience (mobile phlebotomy preferred).
• Experience processing samples.
• Certification from a national agency such as AMT/ASCP/NCCT.
• Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service.
• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment under minimal supervision.
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record.
• Proof of first shot of Covid-19 Vaccine by 30 days of employment.
• Bonus qualifications: Fluent in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Visit patients in their home or office, drive to appointments, and drop samples off at patient service centers or laboratories.
• Follow safe and accurate blood collection procedures with a high degree of accuracy.
• Adapt to a rapid high-growth environment.
• Maintain close communication with the operations and patient experience team during business hours.
