Job summary

Getlabs is seeking a Mobile Phlebotomist to join our fast-growing team delivering at-home diagnostics. You will visit patients in their homes or offices, collect blood samples, and ensure accurate processing while maintaining exceptional patient experiences.

The role requires phlebotomy certification and at least 1 year of experience, with a preference for mobile phlebotomy. You must have reliable transportation and be able to work Mon–Fri, 5am–2pm, in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency.
• 1 year of phlebotomy experience; mobile phlebotomy preferred.
• Experience processing samples.
• Certification from a national agency such as AMT, ASCP, or NCCT.
• Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team with minimal supervision.
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record.
• Proof of first COVID-19 vaccine by 30 days of employment.
• Bonus: Fluent in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Visit patients in their home or office, drive to and from appointments, drop samples off at patient service centers or laboratories.
• Follow safe and accurate blood collection procedures and processing of specimens, with a high degree of accuracy.
• Ability to adapt in a rapid high-growth environment.
• Maintain close communication with the operations and patient experience team during business hours.
