Qualifications

• Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency.
• At least 1 year of phlebotomy experience (mobile preferred).
• Experience processing samples and following safety procedures.
• Certifications from AMT, ASCP, or NCCT are preferred.
• Proven track record in delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Visit patients in their homes or offices and drive to appointments.
• Collect samples and drop them off at designated centers or labs.
• Follow safe blood collection procedures with high accuracy.
• Communicate with operations and patient experience teams during business hours.
• Adapt quickly to a high-growth startup environment.
