Northwest Exterminating is looking for a Pest Control Technician (Maintenance) to service residential routes, perform termite inspections, and deliver top-notch pest control solutions in the field. You’ll manage daily routes, communicate with customers, and ensure safe application of products on every job.

Training pay starts at $19/hr with a company vehicle and cell phone. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, and generous time off.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential pest control, mosquito services, and termite inspections.
• Monitor termite bait systems to ensure proper function.
• Address customer accounts and provide ongoing communication.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an outstanding experience.
• Apply pest control products in accordance with label standards and safety guidelines.
