Northwest Exterminating is hiring a Pest Control Technician (Maintenance) in Cleveland, TN. You will work outdoors, manage your pest-control route, and help protect homes and businesses from pests. Training is provided to help you succeed, with a starting training pay of $16/hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• No experience required (training provided).
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage your service route and perform residential pest control, mosquito services, and termite inspections.
• Apply pest control products following label standards and safety guidelines.
