Job summary

Northwest Exterminating is seeking a Universal Service Professional to work outdoors, drive a company vehicle, and deliver exceptional service in local communities. Training pay is $19/hr, and you’ll receive a company cell phone as part of a comprehensive onboarding.

You’ll build lasting relationships with customers, manage your service route, perform residential pest control and inspections, and collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure an outstanding experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Must be 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments

Responsibilities

• Building Relationships with customers to deliver excellent service
• Managing Your Service Route and daily operations
• Perform residential pest control, mosquito services, and termite inspections
• Provide consistent communication with customers and coordinate with internal teams
• Apply pest control products safely and according to label standards
• Maintain a safety-first mindset in all duties
