Job summary

Northwest Exterminating is seeking a Universal Service Professional to service residential customers, delivering pest control, mosquito treatments, and termite inspections. You’ll manage your daily route, communicate with customers, and work with our teams to ensure top‑notch service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers to deliver excellent service and create customer loyalty.
• Manage your service route, handling daily tasks and scheduling within your territory.
• Perform residential pest control, mosquitoes, and termite inspections.
• Monitor termite bait systems and ensure proper operation.
• Troubleshoot customer accounts to address current and future needs.
• Provide clear, timely communication with customers and collaborate with internal teams.
