Job summary

Northwest Exterminating is seeking a Commercial Pest Control Technician (Maintenance) to manage commercial routes, perform pest control, and provide excellent service outdoors. Training is provided, and no experience is required; 18+ with a valid driver’s license is needed.

You will receive training pay of $19 per hour, a company vehicle, and a company cell phone, along with comprehensive benefits and a 401(k) match. This is a full-time, on-site role in a thriving team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required!
• Must be 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments

Responsibilities

• Building lifelong customer relationships and delivering excellent service on each visit.
• Managing your service route and completing daily tasks with strong time management.
• Perform commercial pest control and address current and future needs for clients.
• Apply pest control products in accordance with label standards and safety guidelines.
• Provide consistent communication with customers and internal teams to ensure a great experience.
