Job summary

Bug House Pest Control is hiring a Pest Control Service Professional to perform residential pest control, mosquito services, and termite inspections. You’ll be on the road, building relationships with customers and communities, while delivering safe, effective pest solutions.

We provide comprehensive training, a benefits package, a 401(k) with company match, and opportunities for growth. No experience required; you must be 18+, hold a driver’s license, and be able to obtain a pesticide license

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior experience necessary.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Building Relationships with customers and internal teams to ensure satisfaction.
• Managing your Service Route and daily operations including residential pest control, mosquito services, and termite inspections.
• Apply pest control products in accordance with label standards and safety guidelines.
• Maintain safety-first mindset when operating equipment and driving company vehicle.
