Job summary

Bug House Pest Control in Georgia is seeking a motivated Pest Control Service Professional to join our on-site team. You’ll travel to residential and small business locations, perform inspections, apply pest control treatments, and deliver dependable, friendly service that protects homes and communities.

No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive training. A valid driver’s license is required, and you must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior experience necessary.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with internal and external customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage your service route with strong time management and task completion.
• Perform residential pest control, mosquito services, and termite inspections.
• Problem-solve customer accounts to address current and future needs.
• Provide consistent communication with customers to keep them informed.
• Collaborate with customer service, sales and other service professionals for an outstanding experience.
• Apply pest control products in accordance with label standards and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a safety-first mindset when operating equipment and driving.
