Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to manage a daily service route independently.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Pest control license/certification preferred; training may be provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled pest control services on an assigned route.
• Provide general pest control services (ants, spiders, cockroaches, wasps, etc.).
• Inspect properties for rodent activity and perform rodent control/exclusion.
• Termite inspections and treatments as licensed.
• Provide mosquito control for residential/commercial properties.
• Identify pest activity, entry points, conducive conditions, and issues.
• Apply pesticides safely per label requirements and company procedures.
• Maintain service records and document treatments.
• Communicate service recommendations and pest-control findings to customers.
• Maintain positive customer relationships and service quality.
• Manage assigned daily route and arrive on time.
• Maintain company vehicles, equipment, and inventory.
• Follow all regulations and safety policies.

We are looking for a dependable, motivated, and customer-focused Route-Based Pest Control Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for servicing a scheduled route of residential and/or commercial customers while providing high-quality pest management services.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, enjoys interacting with customers, and takes pride in delivering thorough, professional service. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled pest control services on an assigned route.
• Provide general pest control services, including treatment for ants, spiders, cockroaches, wasps, and other common pests.
• Inspect properties for signs of rodent activity and perform appropriate rodent control and exclusion services.
• Perform termite inspections and treatments, as qualified and licensed.
• Provide mosquito control treatments for residential and commercial properties.
• Identify pest activity, entry points, conducive conditions, and potential pest-related issues.
• Apply pesticides and pest control products safely and according to label requirements and company procedures.
• Maintain accurate service records and document treatments performed.
• Communicate service recommendations and pest-control findings clearly to customers.
• Maintain positive customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.
• Manage an assigned daily route efficiently and arrive at appointments on time.
• Maintain company vehicles, equipment, tools, and inventory.
• Follow all applicable federal, state, and local regulations and company safety policies.

Schedule

Full-Time | Monday–Friday
