Job summary

Fusion Therapy Center is seeking an Occupational Therapist who enjoys independent, community-based work and travel-based therapy as the primary focus. This role provides OT at partner daycares, preschools, schools, and other community locations in Northwest Arkansas as part of Fusion’s mobile therapy program.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a clinical team.
• Experience delivering therapy in pediatric/community settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate pediatric patients to determine eligibility for occupational therapy services.
• Develop individualized plans of care based on patient needs and goals.
• Deliver therapy in community settings including daycares, preschools, and schools.
• Adapt treatment to the child’s natural environment.
• Educate and collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and community partners.
• Complete documentation accurately and within required timelines.
• Maintain communication with Fusion's scheduling, clinical, and administrative teams.
• Manage travel between assigned locations responsibly and efficiently.
• Maintain a reliable schedule and demonstrate ownership of assigned patients and community relationships.
