Job summary

Flagship Therapy is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time travel contract. You will evaluate and treat patients across short-term rehab, long-term care, and outpatient settings, developing personalized plans and delivering hands-on therapy.

You’ll collaborate with care teams, educate patients and caregivers, and monitor progress toward discharge goals. This role offers travel across 17 states with a comprehensive benefits package, paid CEUs, license reimbursement, and company

Qualifications

• Licensed OT with current US licensure.
• Willingness to travel across multiple states.
• Experience or interest in rehab settings and interdisciplinary care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in short-term rehab, long-term care, and outpatient settings.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Deliver skilled therapeutic interventions that improve function and independence.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary care teams.
• Educate patients and caregivers throughout the rehab journey.
• Track patient progress and adapt plans as needed.
• Support safe and successful discharge planning.
