Job summary

Hawthorne Health is seeking an in-home ultrasound technologist to perform echocardiograms at patient residences across Seattle and surrounding areas. You will travel, set up portable equipment, and obtain informed cooperation from patients, ensuring comfort and safety during imaging.

The role requires RDCS/ RCS credentials, AE adult certification, 3+ years of experience with both adult and pediatric cases, and a strong bedside manner.

Qualifications

• RDCS from ARDMS or RCS from CCI.
• AE certification for adults; pediatric not required but a plus.
• 3+ years of recent sonography experience in adult and pediatric settings.
• BLS certification.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation; willingness to travel locally/regionally.
• Access to a personal computer with reliable internet; tech savvy.
• Ability to work independently in non-traditional settings.
• Excellent patient communication and bedside manner.
• Adaptability in field-based environments.
• Time management and organizational skills.

WHAT YOU BRING | REQUIREMENTS

• Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer(RDCS)from ARDMS,or Registered Cardiac Sonographer(RCS)from CCI.

• Certification in Adult (AE) is required, Pediatric (PE) certification not required but a plus

• 3+ years of recent sonography experience,in both adult and pediatrics

• Basic Life Support(BLS)

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally/regionally

• Access to a personal computer and reliable internet required; Tech savvy andself sufficientwith digital tools

• Ability to work independently in non-traditional settings

• Excellent patient communication and bedside manner

• Adaptability in dynamic, field-based environments

• Time management and organizational skills

$450 - $600 a day

Rate of pay is per visit, not per day.
