Job summary

Dent Wizard is seeking a Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician in the United States. No experience is required; comprehensive training is provided, with compensation starting during training and then a commission-based, uncapped earning structure as you build your customer base.

First year earnings are projected at $50,000–$75,000, with long-term potential of $70,000–$150,000+. You will travel to customer sites or work at an assigned location, repairing dents on various vehicles using our PDR

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently.
• Toughness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks.
• Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site to repair minor dents and dings using Dent Wizard’s proprietary PDR process.
• Review completed work with customers, walk lots, write work orders, and negotiate approvals.
• Build strong customer relationships and promote our services.
