Job summary

Dent Wizard is seeking an Automotive Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician to repair minor dents at customer locations or at assigned sites. The role includes paid training (6 weeks with lodging/travel), a sign-on bonus, and unlimited earning potential with commission.

You’ll work outdoors in various weather, travel as needed, and build lasting customer relationships to promote our services. The starting compensation is $50,000, with earnings potential up to $150,000+ depending on experience,

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and build relationships.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
• Toughness and grit to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks.
• Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site to repair minor dents and dings using Dent Wizard's proprietary PDR process.
• Review completed work with customers, walk lots, write work orders, and negotiate approvals.
• Build strong customer relationships and promote our services.
