Job summary

Dent Wizard is seeking a senior Automotive Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician to deliver high-quality dent repairs at customer sites or designated locations. This role offers uncapped earning potential through commissions and a starting range of $50,000–$150,000 annually, with opportunities across multiple states.

You will travel to customer locations, review work with clients, write work orders, and build strong customer relationships while promoting our PDR services.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Manual dexterity for repetitive tasks and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site to repair minor dents using Dent Wizard’s proprietary PDR process.
• Review completed work with customers, walk lots, write work orders, and negotiate approvals.
• Build strong customer relationships and promote our services.
