Job summary

Dent Wizard is seeking an Automotive Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician who is hands-on, detailed, and eager to learn. The role offers training compensation at the hourly rate, then a combo of hourly and commission as you build your base, with uncapped earning potential.

First year earnings target $50,000-$75,000, long-term $70,000-$150,000+. Travel to customer sites, build relationships, and promote our services.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and build relationships.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
• Toughness and grit to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks.
• Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site to repair minor dents and dings using Dent Wizard’s proprietary PDR process
• Review completed work with customers, walk lots, write work orders, and negotiate approvals
• Build strong customer relationships and promote our services
