You will be responsible for ensuring patrol officers are properly trained, routes are completed correctly, vehicles and equipment are maintained, and customer expectations are consistently met.

We are looking for someone who leads from the front, takes ownership, solves problems quickly, and does not wait to be told what needs to be done.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise all overnight patrol operations across Jacksonville patrol routes
  • Train and develop new patrol officers using structured field training and FTO processes
  • Ensure patrol officers follow assigned routes, complete required patrols, and maintain service standards
  • Maintain patrol runsheets, route efficiency, and site key control
  • Oversee patrol vehicles including inspections, cleanliness, maintenance reporting, and accountability
  • Manage patrol room organization, equipment checks, and inventory control
  • Conduct field spot checks, site inspections, and overnight supervisor visits
  • Respond to call‑outs, emergencies, customer concerns, and officer performance issues
  • Ensure post orders, incident reporting, and site procedures are followed correctly
  • Maintain strong communication with Operations Manager, Operations Support Representatives, and leadership team
  • Hold officers accountable for attendance, performance, professionalism, and policy compliance
Qualifications
  • Previous leadership experience in security, patrol operations, law enforcement, military, or field supervision required
  • Strong experience managing people and enforcing standards
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure
  • Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Experience with patrol operations, route management, scheduling, and field training preferred
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required
  • Ability to work overnight shifts and respond to operational issues as needed
  • Florida Class D Security License preferred (or ability to obtain quickly)
What Success Looks Like
  • Patrol officers are fully trained and operating to standard
  • Vehicles, keys, and equipment are controlled and accounted for daily
  • Patrol routes are efficient, completed correctly, and properly documented
  • Customers see strong leadership presence and consistent service quality
  • Problems are solved before they become bigger problems
