Job summary

Middleton Place in Frisco is seeking a Dedicated Security Officer for overnight patrols on Fridays and Saturdays, 8:00 PM to 4:00 AM. You will provide a visible security presence, patrol assigned site, and monitor properties to deter crime.

Requirements include being 19+, HS diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, clean driving record, ability to pass background and drug tests, and completion of training within the first month. Equal opportunity employer.

Responsibilities

• Will conduct and deliver foot patrols reflecting company values and site instructions.
• Will write detailed and accurate reports using company technology during each shift.
• Arrive on time for shifts, clock in/out, and dress according to standards.
• Interact with internal and external customers to cultivate a service relationship.
• Communicate with branch supervisors to report client needs and route updates.
• Manage a vehicle and guard equipment during shifts including fueling and inspections.
• Deescalate issues professionally and promptly.

Dedicated Security Officer - Patrols
Location: Frisco
Compensation: $15.50-$18.00 Per Hour
Schedule: Friday, Saturday | 08:00 PM - 4:00 AM - OVERNIGHT

Must be 19 years of age or older and be able to meet physical requirements
Must have Lvl 2 Guard Card or be willing to obtain it
Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
Must have reliable transportation
Must be able to pass background check

Position Summary

This role is ideal for individuals who are reliable, observant, customer-service oriented, and motivated to grow within the security industry. Officers will be stationed at one dedicated site and conduct patrols, monitor properties, and provide a visible security presence to help deter criminal activity.

Responsibilities

• Will conduct and deliver various foot patrols that reflect the company’s values, expectations, and consistent service in alignment with site specific instructions/post orders.
• Will write detailed and accurate reports utilizing company technology and web or app-based software during each shift that align with site instruction/post orders.
• The Ability to consistently arrive on time for shifts, clock in and out, meet time commitments, follow instruction, follow dress code and appearance standards and expectations
• Interacting with internal and external customers on site cultivating a customer service relationship striving to provide peace of mind.
• Consistently communicates with the Advanced Patrol Guard and or the Branch Patrol Supervisor to promptly report any customer or property related information and concerns.
• Will be assigned a vehicle that guard is responsible for during their shift to include fueling, washing, interior cleanliness, and inspecting.
• Responsible for the care of any Signal equipment assigned during shift including radios, access keys/cards, uniforms, and devices, etc.
• Manage daily activities while meeting key benchmarks and expectations set by the Branch Patrol Supervisor such as reporting standards and service quality.
• Consistently deescalate issues through communication in a professional and prompt manner.
• Communicate with the Branch Patrol Supervisor to receive and disseminate information through Branch Supervisor Daily Scrum, such as the client needs, route changes, and post order updates to ensure operational excellence and efficiency.
