Job summary

Middleton Place is seeking a Branch Supervisor / Patrol Driver for night operations. You will oversee multiple sites from a patrol vehicle, supervising officers and ensuring complete shift coverage and client satisfaction.

The role focuses on overnight leadership, real-time issue handling, and strict adherence to SOPs. Night shift operates 8PM–6AM, with ongoing coverage and onboarding support as needed.

Qualifications

• Active Security License required.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.
• Experience as Security Supervisor.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Able to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Conduct mobile patrols across multiple properties.
• Supervise and manage security officers in the field.
• Review incident reports and daily activity logs.
• Ensure all posts are staffed and contract coverage is met.
• Cover shifts when needed to prevent gaps in service.
• Communicate daily operational updates and post order changes.
• Respond to and resolve client concerns in real time.
• Manage equipment including uniforms, patrol vehicles, and devices.
• Assist with hiring, interviews, and onboarding coordination.
• Enforce company SOPs and issue disciplinary action when required.

Branch Supervisor / Patrol Driver (Security)

Night Shift | 8PM–6AM * Subject to change based on Operational Needs
$19.75- $21.00/hour

This is a field leadership role

You are not sitting at a desk. You are in a patrol vehicle, overseeing multiple sites, managing officers, and ensuring every shift is covered and every client is taken care of. This role is built for experienced security supervisors who know how to run overnight operations and handle real-time issues without hesitation.

What You Will Do

• Conduct mobile patrols across multiple properties
• Supervise and manage security officers in the field
• Perform ride-alongs and site inspections
• Review and approve incident reports and daily activity logs
• Ensure all posts are staffed and contract coverage is met
• Cover shifts when needed to prevent gaps in service
• Communicate daily operational updates and post order changes
• Respond to and resolve client concerns in real time
• Manage equipment including uniforms, patrol vehicles, and devices
• Assist with hiring, interviews, and onboarding coordination

Required Qualifications

• Active Security License

• Ability to work overnight shifts Wednesday through Sunday, 8PM to 6AM
• Availability to assist with additional coverage as needed
• 21 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED

• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds

You begin your night in a patrol vehicle, moving between sites, checking coverage, and supporting your team.

• When an officer calls out, you fill the gap.

By the end of your shift, every post is covered, every report is complete, and operations ran the way they should.
