Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Guard Full Time Unarmed Mobile Patrol Driver in Hampton, AR. You will provide security services, drive as part of mobile patrols, and ensure a visible, customer-focused presence on site.

Position requires a valid driver’s license, is 18+ (21+ for armed roles, though this is unarmed), and a high school diploma or equivalent. Weekly pay is provided with a set hourly rate of $18.50.

Qualifications

• Requires strong customer service skills and ability to monitor and report on-site security conditions.
• Patrol procedures knowledge and ability to follow site-specific security protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control requirements, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations at an aerospace and defense location; report unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and policy violations.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, visitor authorization, and contractor entry requirements in accordance with site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and document activities.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol logs while maintaining professional communication with site personnel.
